Dr. Tierra Hardin, the founder of Noble Integrative Health, is a practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, licensed in the state of Maryland. She received her Doctorate in Oriental Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2022. Her focus is on providing her patients with individualized, comprehensive care. Dr. Hardin approaches medicine by trying to understand what is not functioning in the body while considering the whole person, including mind, body, and lifestyle.

She attributes her inspiration for Integrative Medicine to her own health challenges. Since 2008, she encountered multiple surgeries and other other chronic illnesses, which led her to seek other alternative ways of healing.

Her discovery of acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and other natural healing modalities made a massive difference in her life. Wanting to share the success of her own recovery and help others in similar circumstances, she was inspired to become an Acupuncturist and Herbal Medicine Practitioner as well as a Nutritionist. Dr. Hardin has a love for helping others.

Dr. Hardin’s passion for natural healing has led to additional certifications, specializations, and training in Neuro-acupuncture and Acupuncture for Oncology patients. Dr. Hardin completed her Doctoral internship at the Kaufman Cancer Center at University of Maryland in 2022. She is a certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach, certified Acupuncture Detox Specialist (ADS) established by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association, certified Hospice and Palliative Care Acupuncture Specialist (CHPCAS), and certified Provider of Hospice and Palliative Care Acupuncture (CPHPCA). Dr. Hardin is currently studying Functional Medicine and will complete her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition soon.

Dr. Hardin has a genuine passion for lifestyle medicine, promoting natural healing, such as nutrition, movement and overall lifestyle change, encouraging the body to heal naturally.

Dr. Hardin previously served as an Analyst for the Department of Defense, where she traveled and deployed to the Middle East and Afghanistan.

When Dr. Hardin is not caring for patients, she enjoyes doing yoga and making essential oil blends, as she is a certifed in Kundalini yoga and Aromatherapy. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Seokju Kim is a Maryland and Virginia board-licensed acupuncturist and certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Raised in South Korea within a family deeply rooted in Korean medicine, Seokju was inspired by his acupuncturist father’s practice from a young age. Through treatments with herbal medicine and acupuncture, he witnessed firsthand the positive effects of these therapies, sparking his passion for healthcare.

With a keen interest in the healthcare field, Seokju pursued a degree in Sports Science, focusing on biomechanics, human anatomy, musculoskeletal systems, and physical therapy techniques. This academic journey provided him with a profound understanding of the human body and enhanced his ability to deliver exceptional care.

Upon completing his bachelor’s degree, he embarked on a journey to the United States to follow in his father’s footsteps. He graduated from the Virginia University of Integrative Medicine with a Master’s degree in Oriental Medicine to delve deeper into acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, and completed a successful internship. He embarked on a mission to blend his academic expertise with his family’s legacy in healthcare.

With years of experience at a physical therapy & acupuncture clinic in Northern Virginia, where he has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, headache, and internal health issues including indigestion and sleep disorders, he has further developed a comprehensive understanding of patient care.

Seokju is committed to staying at the forefront of his field, integrating modern musculoskeletal treatment techniques with Korean medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Additionally, he is proficient in various forms of Integrative medicine, including cupping therapy, tui-na, and Chinese herbal medicine.
